German rhythmic gymnast Darja Varfolomeev is facing a pleasant problem: her rapidly growing collection of medals requires a bigger trophy cabinet. Following her stellar performance at the recent World Championships held in Frankfurt, where she secured three gold medals and a bronze, Varfolomeev is looking forward to a well-deserved break.

Despite her numerous achievements, Varfolomeev remains highly motivated, drawing inspiration from her passion for the sport. "I get my motivation from the love of this sport. I feel the enthusiasm every day and always try to give my best because I simply enjoy it. I can't imagine my life without sport right now," she stated.

Her sights are now set on future competitions, with the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics as a major goal.
