Rize Municipality Announces Property Auction

The Municipality of Rize is set to auction off several office properties it owns. The sale will be conducted via open auction, adhering to Article 45 of Law No. 2886 on State Tenders.

The auction is scheduled for Thursday, July 30, 2026, commencing at 3:00 PM. The proceedings will take place before the Municipal Council. The properties are listed with their estimated values and provisional deposit amounts.

Details of the properties, including their location, block, floor, and area, are provided in a table. For instance, one office space in the G Block, 7th floor, in the Çarşı neighborhood, with an area of 85.71 square meters, has an estimated value of 8,485,290.00 Turkish Lira and a provisional deposit of 254,558.70 Turkish Lira.

Prospective bidders must meet specific requirements. Individual bidders need to provide proof of legal residence, a vital records extract, a signature circular, and a criminal record certificate. Company bidders must submit a company authorization certificate, trade registry records, signature circulars, criminal record certificates for partners and authorized signatories, and a declaration of address for notifications.

For joint ventures, all partners must individually submit the required documents, including a notarized partnership agreement, signature circulars, criminal records, and address declarations. Additionally, all participants must provide a certificate confirming they have no outstanding debts to the municipality.
