Roberto Soldić learns opponent for UFC debut

Roberto Soldić now knows the opponent, date and location for his first fight in the UFC. The Croatian fighter, known as Robocop, will face Khaos Williams at UFC 332 in Salt Lake City on October 3.

Williams has fought 21 times as a professional, winning 16 bouts, including eight by knockout, and losing five. He joined the UFC roster in November 2020 and has gone 7-4 in the organization.

His most recent fight came in May, when he stopped Kazakhstan's Nikolai Veretennikov by technical knockout in the first round. That victory ended a two-fight losing streak against Gabriel Bonfim, who beat him by D'Arce choke submission, and Andreas Gustafsson, who defeated him by unanimous decision.

Soldić, who has a 21-4 record with 18 knockouts and one no contest, was among the most sought-after MMA fighters after leaving KSW in 2022. As a two-division KSW champion, he had a UFC offer but chose the Asian promotion ONE instead.

That move produced one win over Saygid Guseyn Arslanaliev, one loss to Zebaztian Kadestam and one canceled fight against Murad Ramazanov. His UFC debut will now come against Williams at UFC 332.
