Romanian tourist fumes over reserved sunbeds at Bulgarian all-inclusive resort

The allure of an all-inclusive vacation in Bulgaria is being tarnished for some by a persistent issue: the battle for sunbeds. A Romanian tourist recently voiced her frustration in a dedicated travel group, detailing her inability to find a free sunbed for herself and her children.

Încetați să mai ocupați șezlongurile de pe plajă și de la piscine cu mizeriile alea de prosoape! Aș vrea și eu să dorm sau să stau la masă liniștită și alți «fraieri» în soare să caute după șezlong, dar am bun-simț și nu fac asta!!! Nesimțirea e la ea acasă!

She described a scene where numerous sunbeds were occupied solely by towels, effectively reserved and unusable for actual guests. "Stop reserving the sunbeds on the beach and by the pools with those damn towels! I'd like to sleep or sit at a table peacefully and other 'fools' to search for a sunbed in the sun, but I have common sense and I don't do that!!! Rudeness is at home!" she exclaimed, highlighting her dismay, particularly at all-inclusive resorts where guests expect a complete service package.

The tourist argued that in all-inclusive or ultra all-inclusive settings, guests should have equal rights, operating on a "first come, first served" basis. She expressed anger at seeing towels occupying loungers while she and her children were left without access.

Atât timp cât suntem la all inclusive, ultra all inclusive și alte hoteluri, avem aceleași drepturi! Primul venit, primul servit!. Stau prosoapele în soare pe șezlong și eu ca fraiera cu copiii după mine nu am acces măcar la un șezlong!!! Rușine să vă fie!!!

Her post divided opinions among other Romanian tourists. Some agreed with her, placing the blame on the hotels for not providing enough sunbeds for their capacity. Others pointed out that the issue isn't always a lack of loungers but rather guests trying to secure prime spots, suggesting that those who sleep in should accept less desirable locations. Some also noted instances where families reserved beds at both the pool and the beach, leaving many empty for extended periods.
