Russia has accused the United Kingdom of "adding fuel to the fire" by providing Ukraine with declassified blueprints for long-range missile production. Andy Burnham, on his first trip abroad as prime minister, arrived in Kyiv to deliver previously classified information on British-manufactured components for long-range cruise missiles.
