The true cause of actor Sam Neill's death has been clarified by his manager, Philip Grenz, dispelling widespread speculation that his long-term battle with cancer was the ultimate reason for his passing. Grenz confirmed that the beloved star, known for his role in "Jurassic Park," succumbed to severe pneumonia.

Neill had courageously fought a rare form of blood cancer, lymphoma, for several years. He had recently achieved remission after undergoing a novel treatment known as CAR-T therapy.
