Sarah Ferguson, the former Duchess of York, is reportedly preparing for her return to the United Kingdom shortly. Sources indicate she is expected to move into a six-bedroom house in the Home Counties "imminently," with the possibility of her return occurring as early as next week.

Since departing Royal Lodge, Ferguson has maintained a low profile, reportedly spending her time at an Alpine chalet in Verbier, Switzerland. Her belongings were recently collected from the Mountbatten-Windsor family home in Sandringham, signaling her impending departure from Switzerland.

Ferguson has largely stayed out of the public eye since she and Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, faced scrutiny over their connections to Jeffrey Epstein. Following the release of documents shedding new light on their relationship, Ferguson faced calls to cooperate with U.S. authorities. She had previously held a courtesy royal title but reverted to her maiden name after the scandal, and also lost the freedom of the city of York.
