Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province is set to receive a significant boost in its electricity infrastructure, with the Ministry of Energy earmarking 58 billion riyals for projects aimed at enhancing grid reliability and efficiency. The ambitious plan targets a 20% increase in efficiency by 2030, ensuring robust service for more than two million subscribers.

The initiative was presented to the Emir of the Eastern Province, Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, who lauded the ongoing support and strategic projects within the energy sector. He emphasized that these upcoming developments are crucial for keeping pace with the region's rapid urban, industrial, and economic expansion, ultimately improving the quality of services for residents and businesses.
