Saudi HRDF Partners to Employ and Train 5,500 Citizens

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in Saudi Arabia has forged a significant partnership aimed at bolstering the national workforce. A memorandum of understanding was signed with a human resources management and development company, setting a target to employ, train, and empower 5,500 Saudi men and women.

This collaboration underscores the synergy between the public and private sectors in Saudi Arabia, aligning with the ambitious objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. The initiative focuses on investing in human capital and enhancing the efficiency of the labor market, crucial elements for the Kingdom's economic diversification.

The signing ceremony was attended by the Emir of Al-Qassim Province, Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz. Representing HRDF was Deputy Director General of Business Affairs, Firas Aba Al-Khail, while the company was represented by its CEO, Nayef Al-Dahamsi.

The agreement grants beneficiaries access to HRDF's comprehensive suite of programs. These include employment support, on-the-job training, e-learning modules, and empowerment initiatives. The goal is to equip Saudi nationals with practical skills and experience, ensuring that training outcomes closely match the needs of private sector employers and creating sustainable, quality job opportunities.
