Sami al-Masoudi, head of Iraq’s High Commission for Hajj and Umrah, praised the Kingdom's extensive efforts and well-organized preparations, emphasizing the comfort and ease with which worshippers can perform their rituals.

This year's Hajj season sees notable advancements, including the adoption of sacrificial offerings services through an electronic platform managed by the Saudi Project for Utilization of Hady and Adahi. Al-Masoudi described this as a "qualitative" step, reflecting the significant development and organization within the Hajj system. The electronic completion of all contracts, including sacrifices, simplifies procedures, reduces bureaucracy, and enhances the quality of services provided.

Furthermore, Saudi Arabia is leveraging artificial intelligence technologies to transform and improve services for pilgrims. Year after year, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and supporting agencies showcase continuous progress in automation and digital transformation, directly benefiting pilgrims. These ongoing projects and annual upgrades underscore the leadership's dedication to enhancing the religious experience in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

The seamless entry of Iraqi pilgrims through border crossings like al-Haditha and Jadidat Arar, where procedures are completed within minutes, exemplifies the integrated service system designed to ease travel burdens. The gratitude expressed by Iraqi pilgrims reflects the success of these initiatives in providing a comfortable and reassuring journey, showcasing Saudi Arabia's role as a dedicated host to millions of faithful from around the world.
