Scatturice’s shadowy network and De Paul’s influence surface in Tini Stoessel’s dispute with her parents

Fear has taken hold inside Tini Stoessel’s family. What began as an audit and a commercial break between the singer and her parents now points, according to the investigation, toward a far broader network of businessmen, lawyers and political connections.

The name at the center is Leonardo Scatturice, a former agent of Argentina’s State Intelligence Secretariat who later founded the private agency C3 Consulting. The company became entangled in several controversies, including a judicial investigation into alleged illegal surveillance of politicians, businesspeople, journalists, judges and prosecutors.

People brought into Stoessel’s circle through Scatturice advised her as the commercial relationship with her parents deteriorated. Alejandro Stoessel and Mariana Muzlera had represented her since the beginning of her career, including her breakthrough in the television series Violetta, when she was 14. Stoessel is now engaged to footballer Rodrigo De Paul, whose influence also features in the dispute’s wider network.

Scatturice has lived in the United States for years, where he married an American woman and sought a green card. He later moved into business and, through Manuel Vidal, gained access to Santiago Caputo, described in the article as the “Kremlin wizard.” Scatturice then brought Andrés Vázquez’s name to the government, first for leadership of the General Tax Directorate and later for the tax and customs agency ARCA.

The businessman also cultivated ties with Trump-aligned circles through the Conservative Political Action Conference. He became a shadowy figure in the March 2025 private flight that landed in Buenos Aires’ Aeroparque VIP area and brought 10 packages through customs without inspection.

In recent weeks, multiple sources reconstructed another step in the saga: Scatturice reportedly recommended tax lawyer Horacio Díaz Sieiro to examine Stoessel’s accounting and tax situation and consider possible legal action against her parents. Díaz Sieiro, whose father was a leading tax lawyer in Argentina and the Southern Cone, has himself appeared in controversial judicial episodes linked to Kirchnerism, including the affairs of Lázaro Báez and business dealings with Venezuela’s government. Asked by La Nación, he declined to comment, citing professional secrecy.
