SEM and Batida rack up wins ahead of Croatia’s season finale in Zagreb

SEM and Batida riders produced a series of strong results at competitions in Peteranec and Varaždin, setting the stage for Croatia’s national show-jumping championship in Zagreb.

SEM’s leading rider, Danijela Žujević, won twice at the show-jumping tournament organised by KK Galop Team in Peteranec. She triumphed in the 1.20-metre class and the 1.50-metre class.

Batida’s Filip Rožmarić claimed the top two places in the 1.10-metre class with young horses bred and trained by the club. His teammate Aleksandra Ignateva finished second and third in the 0.90-metre cadet class.

At the dressage competition in Varaždin, Batida rider Lana Kink won the HKS A3 class. SEM members Albert Vuković and Stjepan Goričanec also delivered notable performances. The clubs are developing young horses for competition, and the event marked their first tournament appearances.

Batida will organise Croatia’s national show-jumping championship for all categories from Sept. 24 to 28. The club has brought the championship back to the Croatian capital after five years, with organisers expecting a large field and strong competition for national titles.
