South Korean television personality Seo Jang-hoon, known for his extensive property holdings, shared his empathy for a celebrated herbalist who faced eviction from her business spaces. The story, featured on EBS 1TV's 'Seo Jang-hoon's Millionaire Neighbor,' spotlighted the 50-year culinary journey of herbalist Lee Kyung-ae.

Lee recounted her past experiences of losing her businesses. Her first Chinese restaurant, opened with borrowed money, was forced to close within six months when a competitor bought the entire building. Later, a cafe she started with her husband's savings also faced a landlord's eviction notice after three years.

Reacting to Lee's account of repeated landlord harassment, Seo expressed frustration, questioning the actions of property owners.
