Serbia's Expo 2027 seeks contractor for Expo Village accommodation management

Serbia's EKSPO 2027 company has initiated a procurement process for operational management of accommodation within the Expo Village. This village is slated to house international participants during the specialized exhibition, which Serbia will host from May 15 to August 15, 2027.

The scope of the procurement includes engaging skilled personnel and providing necessary resources for reservation management, reception operations, and financial administration of the lodging facilities. The service aims to ensure the efficient functioning of all processes related to participant accommodation throughout the exhibition's duration.

The Expo Village, currently under construction, will be a modern complex featuring around 1,500 residential units. These will be allocated to representatives of international participants, organizers, and other accredited individuals. Operational management will encompass handling reservations, assigning units, guest check-in and check-out, key management, coordinating user requests, and financial tracking and reporting.

The selected service provider must supply trained staff proficient in Serbian and English, along with all required technical equipment, software, licenses, uniforms, and other work-related necessities. Emphasis will be placed on service continuity, user data protection, and coordination with all services involved in the Expo Village's operations. The exhibition is anticipated to be the largest international event in Serbia's history.
