Sheinbaum to Deliver Presidential Report on May 31

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum is set to deliver a report on her administration's work on May 31, marking the second anniversary of her presidential victory. The event will take place at the Monument to the Revolution in Mexico City at 11:00 AM. Sheinbaum announced the date during a tour in Teapa, Tabasco, stating the intention is to "listen to the accountability and reaffirm our commitment to an independent, more just, free, and democratic Mexico."

In addition to the main event in the capital, the report will be accessible in public squares across 31 other states. However, Coahuila will not participate due to an electoral ban ahead of the June 7 local elections. Notable locations for viewing the report include Plaza General Emiliano Zapata in Morelos, the Zócalo in Puebla, Plaza Fundadores in Querétaro, and the Zócalo in Tlaxcala.

The report will be broadcast on Canal 14 and Canal 22 starting at 09:30 AM. This accountability session comes more than a year and a half into Sheinbaum's administration, offering a moment for public review of her government's progress and commitments.
