Vice President Kashim Shettima, alongside numerous All Progressives Congress (APC) governors and national leaders, is set to attend a grand finale mega rally in Ekiti State. The event, scheduled for Tuesday, aims to demonstrate overwhelming public support for Governor Biodun Oyebanji's bid for a second term in the upcoming June 20 governorship election.

This support comes from endorsements by traditional rulers, professional groups, market associations, artisans, youths, women, civil servants, retirees, and religious leaders, transcending party lines.

The campaign council cited Oyebanji's impactful governance across key sectors such as infrastructure, education, healthcare, agriculture, youth empowerment, security, tourism, and economic development as reasons for his widespread acclaim and the people's trust in his re-election bid.
