Shin Bong-sun recalls senior comedians managing props for 12 people during 'Bongsoongah Hakdang'

South Korean comedian Shin Bong-sun shared a revealing story about the demanding environment during her early career on the popular comedy sketch show "Bongsoongah Hakdang." Appearing on the MBC program "Choiwooshan," Shin recalled the significant responsibilities junior members faced.

Shin, who joined the show as part of the 20th cohort, noted that Jang Dong-min was the class president for the 19th cohort and possessed considerable charisma. She described the senior comedians as established stars at the time. During the "Bongsoongah Hakdang" segment, Shin was paired with Jang Dong-min.

She explained the immense pressure of ensuring props for up to twelve senior comedians were meticulously managed, emphasizing that any oversight could lead to serious trouble. During one live recording, Shin realized she had forgotten her own essential prop. As she grew increasingly anxious, Jang Dong-min noticed her distress. After completing his own performance, he discreetly placed her forgotten prop in front of her drawer, a gesture for which Shin expressed deep gratitude.
