Silva, Vinicius Jr., and Brahim join Real Madrid preseason

Real Madrid's preseason preparations have been bolstered with the arrival of key players Bernardo Silva, Vinicius Junior, and Brahim Díaz. The trio officially joined the team's training camp this Monday, marking a significant step as the squad enters its fourth week of preparation. The club's training began on July 13.

Following their participation in the World Cup, the Portuguese midfielder, the Brazilian forward, and the Moroccan attacker successfully completed their mandatory medical assessments. They are now under the guidance of coach Jose Mourinho, ready to integrate into the team's tactical plans. Bernardo Silva expressed his "very happy" feelings about joining Real Madrid, signing autographs for fans outside the clinic.

Silva's arrival follows that of Denzel Dumfries and Carlos Espí. Brahim Díaz, who celebrated his 27th birthday on Monday, returns for his sixth season with the club after joining in January 2019. Vinicius Junior also rejoined the squad after his World Cup campaign with Brazil concluded in the round of 16. Players who featured in the recent match against Fiorentina (2-2) engaged in specific recovery work, while others focused on physical conditioning, pressing drills, and combination exercises. Dean Huijsen trained separately, and Raúl Asencio, Éder Militão, Ferland Mendy, and Rodrygo Goes continue their rehabilitation from injuries.
