This changed dramatically this past April when Rashi Tulshyan, founder of Singapore's Studio HP, unveiled a stunning transformation of the Main Lounge. The project, a delicate balance of honoring tradition while embracing modernity, was executed with remarkable speed – a complete refresh in just 10 days, following a year of meticulous planning. Tulshyan's vision was clear: to breathe new life into the club's principal gathering space without alienating its long-standing members. The challenge was significant, particularly in catering to a wide demographic, from young members in their twenties to seasoned patrons in their seventies, each with distinct ideas of comfort and elegance. The result is a space that feels both timeless and current, incorporating bespoke furnishings, rich textures, and jewel-toned accents that complement the room's classical architectural features.
