To help her mother manage her daily life, Chae Rina posted reminders on the kitchen wall. These notes include dietary restrictions like avoiding foods that raise blood sugar, such as rice cakes, sweet potatoes, corn, and white rice, as well as prohibiting coffee in the morning and emphasizing the importance of taking nutritional supplements.
