Small vehicles to use separate routes on Hetauda-Kathmandu road as traffic rises

Traffic has increased on Nepal’s Hetauda-Kathmandu road after flooding in the Trishuli River blocked the Prithvi Highway at Krishnabhir in Dhading.

With vehicles diverted through Hetauda, the local administration introduced separate routes from Tuesday for small vehicles traveling to and from Kathmandu. The arrangement was set out in a notice issued by the local administration.
