SNIT Nord Launches Recruitment Drive for Five Positions in Bizerte and Northwest Agencies

The Northern Tunisian Real Estate Company (SNIT Nord) is initiating a significant recruitment campaign to bolster its workforce. The public enterprise, operating under the Ministry of Equipment and Housing, announced an external competition for five positions. These roles are designated for either the headquarters in Bizerte or regional offices in Béja, Jendouba, Le Kef, and Siliana.

The company seeks to fill one specialized administrator position in internal audit. Additionally, two senior technician roles are available, one in accounting/finance and another in civil engineering. The recruitment also includes one driver and one mail distributor position. Age limits vary by role: candidates for administrator and senior technician must be no older than 40 as of January 1, 2025. For driver and mail distributor roles, applicants must be between 24 and 35 years old. Legal provisions may allow for age exceptions for candidates registered with the employment office or who have completed public sector civil service.

The selection process is entirely digital and highly competitive. An automated electronic screening will assess applications based on a scoring system that considers baccalaureate grades and diploma age. Candidates scoring below 50 out of 100 will be automatically disqualified. The top 15 candidates in each specialty will then proceed to the next stage, which involves submitting physical application files for written, oral, or practical examinations. SNIT Nord emphasizes that any discrepancies between online submissions and physical documents, incomplete applications, or late submissions will lead to immediate disqualification.

The online application portal opened on July 6 and will remain open for 21 days, closing on July 27, 2026. This initiative aims to strengthen SNIT Nord's operational capacity across its northern branches.
