Son and Wife Accused of Murdering Mother in Aragua for Inheritance

Authorities in Aragua, Venezuela, have uncovered a chilling murder plot orchestrated by a son and his wife against a 70-year-old woman. Rosa Ysabel Erazo de González was found dead in her home, with her body staged to appear as a suicide. However, scientific investigations by the Cicpc quickly revealed the crime was a premeditated homicide.

Domingo Rafael González Erazo, 47, and his wife, Sandi Nohemí Albarrán de González, 50, are accused of planning the murder over a two-year period. Investigators believe the motive stemmed from financial disputes, as the victim managed significant family properties and finances. The couple also allegedly resented her prioritization of another son with a disability.
