Romanian tennis player Sorana Cîrstea is continuing her impressive run at Roland Garros 2026, securing a swift and decisive victory over Argentina's Solana Sierra with a score of 6-0, 6-0. The match, completed in under an hour, saw Cîrstea dominate from start to finish.

Cîrstea, currently in one of the best periods of her career despite it being her final professional season, has achieved a remarkable feat on the Paris clay. She has now won 23 consecutive games in the tournament, a rare accomplishment at this level.

Her flawless performance against Sierra also etched her name in the record books. At 36 years old, Sorana Cîrstea has become the oldest female player in history to achieve a 6-0, 6-0 victory in a Grand Slam tournament.
