South Korea launches integrated AI development program 'Everyone's AI Growth Ladder'

South Korea's Ministry of Science and ICT has officially launched the 'Everyone's AI Growth Ladder Project,' a national initiative designed to foster artificial intelligence development and accessibility. The ministry celebrated the project's commencement with the opening of integrated 'AI Learning Centers,' 'AI Labs,' and 'AI Lounges' at the National Gwangju Science Museum.

The initiative aims to create a unified ecosystem for AI advancement, bringing together educational resources, practical experimentation spaces, and collaborative networking opportunities. This integrated approach is intended to support individuals and organizations at various stages of their AI journey, from learning foundational concepts to conducting advanced research and development.

The launch ceremony was attended by key figures, including Minister of Science and ICT Byun Kyung-hoon, National Assembly members, and representatives from related organizations such as the National Information Society Agency and the Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Creativity. Their presence underscored the government's commitment to positioning South Korea as a leader in artificial intelligence.
