South Korea's Miryang set for largest-ever apartment complex with 'Sujain The First'

A significant new residential development, 'Miryang Sujain The First 1·2 complex,' is set to launch in Miryang, South Korea, aiming to become the region's largest apartment complex with a total of 1,066 units. This project is poised to influence local housing market trends due to its sheer scale and the introduction of the 'Sujain' brand, marking its first appearance in Miryang.

The development is situated in the Bubuk Public Housing District, Miryang's first such district, which is being planned to offer a modern, city-like residential environment. The project benefits from the application of a pre-sale price cap, ensuring competitive pricing. This offers potential buyers a combination of reasonable costs, driven by public initiatives, and high-quality construction standards typically associated with private developers.

Future value is also a key consideration, with the complex located near the 'Miryang Nano Convergence National Industrial Complex.' The second complex (Block S-2) will comprise 322 units, with 114 general sale units in sizes 74 and 84 square meters, suitable for families.
