Insira Memorial Park has officially commenced operations for its integrated Muslim cemetery facility in the Jabodetabek region, following the completion of its first development cluster. This new cemetery is designed to address the increasing need for orderly burial sites that comply with Islamic principles.

Nugrohadi Yuwono, the Director Utama of Insira Memorial Park, announced that the initial phase of construction is finished, enabling the facility to provide "at need" burial services. "The development of Insira Memorial Park has now entered the operational phase. The first cluster is complete and officially functional, allowing at-need burial services to be carried out in this area," Yuwono stated in a press release on Saturday, June 13, 2026.

The operational readiness was marked by a certificate handover ceremony attended by over 100 people, including Insira's management, its Sharia Advisory Board, and customers receiving their unit handover certificates. Yuwono mentioned that hundreds of ownership certificates have been issued and are being distributed to customers. These certificates serve as proof of ownership and usage rights for the burial plots, guaranteeing legal certainty and offering peace of mind.

"This expansion is prepared to answer the high demand from the community for organized and Sharia-compliant Muslim burial land, especially in the Jabodetabek area," Yuwono explained. He believes that a comprehensively planned cemetery can alleviate the difficulties urban families face in finding burial plots during times of grief, also allowing for large family plots to be located close together.
