Spanish Government Invests 260 Million Euros for 1,629 Affordable Homes

Spain's government is making a significant financial commitment to address the nation's housing needs. A capital injection of 260 million euros has been allocated to the state-owned housing company, enabling the construction of 1,629 new affordable homes. This move signals a strong governmental push to increase the availability of accessible housing options for its citizens.

The state company, identified as Casa 47, is actively managing 68 housing projects spread across the country. According to data from the Ministry of Housing, these projects collectively aim to deliver more than 3,000 new properties. The focus remains firmly on developing housing that is within reach for a broader segment of the population.
