The incident, which occurred on May 31, saw the teacher fall face-first onto the ground. Video footage of the alleged aggression was shared on social media. The judge investigating the case has agreed to examine the officer for potential crimes including injury, abuse of public office, and offenses against moral integrity and individual rights.

While the police report suggests the officer's actions were in line with regulations, claiming the woman was encouraging protesters to block traffic, the victim's colleagues immediately condemned the officer's behavior.
