During the departure ceremony, Star Airways CEO Zai Jian-hua highlighted Prague as a significant milestone in the airline's global network expansion. The new route aims to boost commercial and tourism exchanges between Taiwan, the Czech Republic, and Central Europe.

Adding to the excitement, Star Airways announced it will soon launch direct flights to Barcelona, Spain, making it the first Taiwanese airline to offer such a service.
