Stray Kids' Changbin Donates 100 Million KRW to Hospital for His Birthday

Stray Kids member Changbin has made a significant birthday contribution, donating 100 million KRW (approximately $72,000 USD) to Samsung Seoul Hospital. The generous gift, made in honor of his birthday on November 11, aims to provide crucial support for vulnerable patients.

The donation is earmarked for two key areas: 50 million KRW will directly fund treatment costs for pediatric and adolescent patients, while the remaining 50 million KRW will support emotional support programs for the families of these patients. Changbin expressed his hope that his contribution would offer a small measure of hope and comfort to those in need.

This act of generosity is not new for the K-pop star. Last year, he also made a birthday donation to Samsung Seoul Hospital. His philanthropic efforts extend beyond healthcare, having previously contributed to emergency relief funds for the Turkey-Syria earthquake and supported recovery efforts for wildfires in Gyeongnam and Gyeongbuk, as well as a fire in Hong Kong, alongside his Stray Kids bandmates.
