Prime Minister Modi had stated on X that the government's top priority is protecting students' futures and that fast-track courts would be set up to ensure swift trials and stringent punishment for those involved in paper leaks. He assured that "those who try to harm the future of our youth will not be spared."

However, the CJP remains unconvinced by the government's latest announcement. The organization maintains that Minister Pradhan must be held politically accountable for the alleged paper leak and the government's handling of the crisis. Protests led by the CJP have intensified in Delhi, drawing thousands of students and supporters to Jantar Mantar.
