Students tell president: It is finally up to you

“President, you are finally competent,” Serbia's student-run blockade.org portal said after the government launched a procedure that gives Aleksandar Vučić a decision to make.

Prime Minister Đuro Macut began the process of calling early parliamentary elections, but only the president can dissolve parliament and set the election timetable.
