Sungkyunkwan University and Dong-A Ilbo Host English and Math Olympiad Awards Ceremony

Sungkyunkwan University and Dong-A Ilbo celebrated the achievements of young scholars at the awards ceremony for their English and Math Olympiads. The event honored students who demonstrated exceptional talent and dedication in both subjects across various educational levels.

In the mathematics competition, top honors in the high school division went to Seong Jun-seo (Daegu Science High School), Lee Si-woo (Incheon Science High School), Yang Byeong-hu (Incheon Science and Arts Talent School), and Jang Hyun-seong (Incheon Science and Arts Talent School). Middle school accolades were awarded to Kim Do-jun (Gaepo Middle School), Park Seo-jun (Jeongpyeong Middle School), Yeo Sang-yun (Hyeonam Middle School), Jeon Eun-woo (Cheongdeok Middle School), and Jeong Ki-tae (Mapo Middle School). For the elementary school division, awards were given to Kim Jun-seo (Daechi Elementary School), Kim Chae-yoon (Guryong Elementary School), Kim Ha-jun (Bangbae Elementary School), Park Si-yeon (Hanyang Elementary School), Lee Eun-ho (PACE ACADEMY), Jang Eun-woo (Chorim Elementary School), Hwang Ji-woon (Gaepo Elementary School), Yang Ji-woo (Jeonghyeon Elementary School), Hong Jin-woo (Jamshin Elementary School), Kang Min-seok (Jeonmin Elementary School), and Yang Jun-seo (Eonnam Elementary School).

The English Olympiad also saw impressive performances. In the high school category, Kim Tae-woo (Gaepo Middle School) received an award. Middle school winners included Lee Yun-seo (Daechi Middle School), Lim Su-hyun (Gwiin Middle School), and Kim Ye-jun (Sinsa Middle School). Elementary school recipients were Jeong Ye-na (Sinjeong Elementary School), Yang Seo-jin (SIE), Lee Chae-ah (Gaewon Elementary School), Park Seo-jin (Dongnae Elementary School), Oh Seong-jun (Daehyeon Elementary School), Choi Eun-seong (Seogwang Elementary School), and Kim Ye-jun (Gadoong Elementary School).

Furthermore, several schools were recognized as 'Best Schools' for their collective success. In mathematics, these included Incheon Science High School, Incheon Science and Arts Talent School, Daegu Science High School, Jeongpyeong Middle School, Oma Middle School, Yeonmu Middle School, Daedo Elementary School, Hanbat Elementary School, Daechi Elementary School, Doseong Elementary School. For English, the top schools were Daechi Middle School, Gaepo Middle School, Gwiin Middle School, Sinsa Middle School, Guryong Middle School, Daedo Elementary School, Daechi Elementary School, Daehyeon Elementary School, Jamdong Elementary School, Daegok Middle School, and Doseong Elementary School.
