Sunny Skies and Warm Temperatures in Croatia, Change Expected Sunday

Croatia is set for a pleasant Friday with plenty of sunshine and warm temperatures climbing as high as 29 degrees Celsius in coastal regions. Inland areas will also enjoy sunny skies, though some moderate cloud cover is expected, and morning fog is possible in some locations.

Light winds will prevail across the country. However, the Adriatic coast, especially the northern part, will experience moderate to strong northerly and northwest winds, with potential for storm-force gusts in the morning. These conditions will lead to slightly choppy seas along the coast.

Meteorologists predict that Saturday will continue the trend of predominantly sunny and warm weather. Inland regions might see some variable cloudiness during the day, while coastal areas will remain mostly sunny. Temperatures are expected to remain high, with daily highs ranging from 21 to 23 degrees Celsius inland and reaching 25 to 29 degrees Celsius along the coast and in Dalmatia.

The weekend forecast indicates a continuation of warm, sunny conditions through Sunday. However, a shift is anticipated by Sunday evening. Inland areas of central and eastern Croatia could experience scattered showers and thunderstorms starting Sunday night. This unsettled weather is expected to continue into Monday, bringing cooler temperatures and a chance of rain to these regions. The northern Adriatic coast may also see some light rain on Monday.
