The complainant alleged that between March and May of the previous year, the suspect gained their trust and then absconded with 3,937,500 Kyrgyz soms, failing to fulfill any investment obligations. This alleged deception has led to the opening of a criminal case under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to fraud.
