Meanwhile, Australian swimmer Sienna Toohey experienced a mid-race "wardrobe malfunction" when her swimming cap fell off during the heats of the women's 100m breaststroke. Despite the delay and a frantic search in the pool, she managed to retrieve the cap, earning applause from the crowd. The event also saw the Australian netball team, the Diamonds, playfully calling out to Scottish actor Sam Heughan, known for his role in 'Outlander,' to attend their matches.
