T.O.P to hold massive free fan meeting in Japan

K-pop artist T.O.P is set to hold a massive free fan meeting in Yokohama, Japan, on July 9, demonstrating his deep appreciation for his fans. The event, titled 'T.O.P Fanmeeting [ALL YOU CAN EAT] with TOP's Only' will take place at the PIA ARENA MM, a venue with a capacity of around 10,000 people.

This special event is T.O.P's way of giving back to fans who have consistently shown him love and support. Admission will be free for members of his official Japanese fan club, marking a significant gesture of gratitude. The fan meeting will be hosted by Japanese MC Masayuki Furuya, known for his chemistry with T.O.P.

This fan meeting follows T.O.P's recent successful solo endeavors. His first full-length album, '100%', achieved the number one spot on iTunes charts in 15 countries worldwide. It also set a new record for a K-pop solo artist, garnering approximately 1.47 million streams on Spotify on its release day. The album also entered the Billboard World Albums chart at number 20 and received praise from the American music magazine The Fader.

T.O.P, who debuted with BIGBANG in 2006, is making a strong comeback after a period of silence following his departure from the group in 2023. He recently appeared in the Netflix series 'Squid Game Season 2' and has been actively promoting his music. Notably, fellow BIGBANG members Taeyang and Daesung, as well as G-Dragon, have publicly supported his new album on social media, generating significant buzz.
