Tabuk Emir launches development projects worth over $613 million

The Emir of Tabuk, Prince Fahd bin Sultan, has inaugurated a series of development projects in the region, collectively valued at over 2.3 billion Saudi riyals (approximately $613 million).

The initiative saw the signing of multiple contracts covering essential services and infrastructure. These include agreements for cleaning services in Tabuk city, the handover of a site for an engineered landfill within the King Salman Royal Reserve, and investment opportunities facilitated by the municipality’s “Investment Gate” Company.

Further bolstering the region's growth, contracts were also signed for housing development. This encompasses four projects on land owned by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, leading to the construction of 177 new housing units. Additionally, Prince Fahd bin Sultan officially opened 317 housing units provided by the Sakan Foundation through its “Jood Housing” program, which aims to supply permanent housing solutions for families in need.

The ceremony was attended by Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majid Al-Hogail, underscoring the government's commitment to regional development and improving living standards for residents in Tabuk.
