Taiwan Forward Alliance Holds First Fundraiser, Featuring Joint Billboard Auction

Taiwan Forward Alliance, a newly formed coalition of smaller political parties, is set to host its inaugural fundraising event on June 13. The event will feature Wu Hsin-tai, a candidate for Taipei city council in the Neihu and Nangang districts, and aims to rally support for third-force parties in Taiwan's political landscape.

The campaign plans to auction off campaign staff expenses and a unique joint billboard featuring both Wu Hsin-tai and Wang Wan-yu, the chairwoman of the New Power Party. This strategy is designed to generate funds while also symbolizing the collaborative spirit of smaller parties.

Wu Hsin-tai emphasized the event's significance, stating it represents a crucial step for the Taiwan Forward Alliance and other third-force parties in their collective effort to navigate the political arena. The joint billboard, in particular, is intended to showcase the practical implementation of cooperation among like-minded smaller parties, demonstrating their ability to overcome resource disparities with major political blocs.
