In contrast, the "Wei Li Cai" lottery, also drawn on July 13, had no jackpot winner. The winning numbers for the "Wei Li Cai" were announced as 11, 24, 29, 32, 35 in the first zone and 06 in the second zone. While the top prize rolled over, there were winners in lower prize tiers.
