Tan-Tan exhibition showcases rich local products from sixty cooperatives

Tan-Tan, Morocco – A vibrant exhibition featuring products from approximately sixty cooperatives took place in the city of Tan-Tan from July 5 to 11, offering a glimpse into the rich local expertise and diverse artisanal skills of the region.

This event represents a true showcase for our cooperatives, allowing us to introduce our products to a wider audience and open new horizons for their marketing.

The exhibition, organized by the Provincial Committee of the National Initiative for Human Development, served as a platform to promote and market a wide array of local produce and handcrafted items. Held in celebration of World Cooperative Day, the event provided a valuable space for social and solidarity economy actors to connect and exchange knowledge.

Visitors explored a diverse selection of products, including honey and its derivatives, couscous, local foodstuffs, aromatic and medicinal plants, and natural cosmetics. The displays also featured sewing products, traditional clothing, and various artisanal creations reflecting the region's authentic heritage.
