Teenager Caught Performing Dangerous Stunts on Motorcycle in Da Nang

Authorities in Da Nang, Vietnam, are processing a 17-year-old for serious traffic violations after a video surfaced showing him engaging in dangerous behavior while riding a motorcycle. The incident occurred on June 3 on DT615 road in Tay Ho commune. The teenager, identified as T.T.N., was recorded riding the motorcycle without wearing a helmet, with both hands off the handlebars, and lying down on the seat. The video gained attention after being shared on Facebook, prompting the Tay Ho commune police to investigate. Upon being identified, N. admitted to his actions during questioning. He was also found to be underage for operating a motorcycle with an engine capacity of 50cc or more. The police confiscated the motorcycle and relevant documents. N. and his guardian acknowledged the severe risks associated with his reckless behavior, which endangers himself and other road users, and signed a commitment to refrain from repeating such actions. The case has been transferred to the Da Nang City Traffic Police Department for further strict handling.
