Ten killed and dozens injured in Mexico fireworks blast

At least 10 people were killed and around 60 wounded when fireworks detonated during a religious festival in Temascalcingo, a municipality in central Mexico.

Residents were honouring the town’s patron saint when the celebration turned into a tragedy. The blast struck during the religious festival, killing and injuring people gathered for the event.
