Tens of thousands from over 140 countries arrive for Ultra Europe in Split

Split is buzzing with energy as tens of thousands of music fans from more than 140 countries descend upon Park Mladeži for the 12th annual Ultra Europe festival. The electronic music spectacle, set to run for three days, promises a lineup packed with global DJ talent.

My name is Megan and I come from Montreal, Canada. I expect a lot of good music and good memories from Ultra Europe. This is my first time at the Ultra Europe festival, but my second time in Split and Croatia. We really like it here and will surely return.

Attendees, a mix of first-time visitors and returning enthusiasts, shared their anticipation. Megan from Montreal, Canada, is experiencing Ultra Europe for the first time but is already charmed by Split and Croatia. "We really like it here and will surely return," she stated.

Ben, also from Canada, aims to embody the PLUR spirit, peace, love, unity, and respect, central to electronic music culture. "I am very excited," he said, noting this is his first Ultra Europe but not his first Ultra festival. Tony from California, making his first trip to Split, Croatia, and Europe, hopes the atmosphere will surpass even Miami's Ultra. "Europeans know how to party very well, they stay until sunrise and have a special atmosphere," he observed.

I came to Ultra Europe to experience the festival and convey the PLUR spirit, that is, the values of peace, love, unity, and respect that are part of electronic music culture. This is my first time at Ultra Europe and I am very excited. I am also in Split for the first time, although this is not my first Ultra festival.

The festival grounds are alive with diverse outfits and a multitude of languages, reflecting the global nature of the event. Food and drink vendors are on hand to cater to the thousands expected to enjoy the performances throughout the weekend.
