In Carora, Venezuela, a unique non-profit organization is harnessing the power of rock music's ethos to foster human development. The Association of Rockeros of the Municipality Torres (ARMT), formally established on April 6, 2024, combines the philosophy of rock music with self-management and altruism to provide free education, cultural enrichment, and community assistance.

Founded by a diverse team of 19 individuals, ARMT offers a wide array of programs. These include daily free classes in instruments like the cuatro, acoustic and electric guitar, bass, and drums, as well as singing. The organization also provides kickboxing training, arts and crafts workshops, and public speaking classes. Beyond educational offerings, ARMT conducts regular community outreach, including medical drives, recreational events for children, and cultural tours.

ARMT's impact extends beyond its immediate community. Through its radio platform and online live streams, the organization reaches audiences beyond the Torres municipality. Since its founding, ARMT has directly assisted 1,940 individuals, with a core group of 359 actively engaged in its daily programs. The organization's commitment to community support, particularly its aid during emergencies in Cumaná, has attracted the attention of governmental cultural bodies.
