“This was my route to school”: Woo Do-hwan becomes Anyang’s new “son”

Woo Do-hwan is set to become Anyang’s latest “son” when he returns to the neighborhood where he grew up on SBS’s “Whenever There’s a Chance.” The episode will air on September 1, with Yoo Jae-suk and Yoo Yeon-seok hosting alongside guests Hyun Bin and Woo.

The actor will also share an unusual method for developing abdominal muscles. Responding to praise from the hosts, he said, “I built these abs by hitting my stomach while walking to school,” adding, “I have never done sit-ups.” He then demonstrated the technique. Yoo Jae-suk tried to copy him, complained of pain, and received Woo’s advice: “If it hurts too much, poke it with your fingers.”

Woo is also expected to show his competitive side by kneeling to complete a mission. He and Hyun Bin are preparing for the September 9 release of Disney+ series “Made in Korea” Season 2, which follows a conflict between a secret-police agent and smuggler played by Hyun Bin and a prosecutor played by Jung Woo-sung. Season 2 takes place nine years after the first season and follows the character’s dangerous pursuit of greater ambition.
