I was really happy with the performance and for a long time had a feeling that the chance was there. We got it, and from there I saw a team that played smartly.

Thomasberg expressed satisfaction with his team's performance, noting that they played "smartly" after securing the lead. "It's always good to get three points," he told Bold. "When we come in again, it's with a positive experience in our luggage, and that means we can perhaps continue to work on things with a positive outlook."

Noah Ganaus, who scored the decisive goal with ten minutes remaining, acknowledged the turbulent week for the club. "It has been four crazy days," Ganaus said to TV 2 Sport. "The victory was important in our first home game, and we fought for it. It's a bit different compared to Alexander Zorniger, but I think we did our best. It worked, so that's good."
