Thompson's Manager Details Upcoming Concerts, Including Charity Event in Vukovar

Zdravko Barišić, manager of Croatian singer Marko Perković Thompson, has shared details about the musician's upcoming performances, including a significant charity concert in Vukovar.

Barišić stated that Thompson will hold a major humanitarian concert in Vukovar at the end of August. He indicated that the complete proceeds from this concert will be directed towards charitable causes, a decision stemming from Thompson's own wishes and suggestions. Further details about this event will be announced at a forthcoming press conference.

Addressing the public's interest following Thompson's recent concert in Zaprešić, Barišić explained that the event was organized partly to commemorate the one-year anniversary of his Zagreb Hipodrom concert and to satisfy the Zagreb audience. He noted that approximately 12,000 Zagreb residents had purchased tickets for the Zaprešić show.

Barišić also commented on Thompson's return to Zagreb, stating, "We will return to Zagreb when Zagreb is free." This remark has sparked discussion, with interpretations varying regarding its political or social implications.

During the Zaprešić concert, Thompson opened with the song 'Ustani iz sjene' (Rise from the Shadow) and performed 'Ravnoteža' (Balance), both met with enthusiastic audience reception, including pyrotechnic effects. Addressing the crowd, Thompson expressed his gratitude and compared the event's atmosphere to his memorable Hipodrom concert, emphasizing his effort to deliver a positive experience for his fans.
