Thousands of students gain Digital Access

The Digicel PNG Foundation has significantly boosted digital access for students in Papua New Guinea through a K1.5 million investment. This funding has enabled the launch of five new computer labs in the Western Highlands and Simbu provinces.

These state-of-the-art facilities are set to benefit more than 10,000 students. They will be equipped with essential resources, including laptops, reliable internet connectivity, and modern Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools. The initiative underscores a commitment to bridging the digital divide in the country.

By providing these resources, the Digicel PNG Foundation aims to enhance digital literacy among the youth.
